Pack Your Items
Carefully place your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included before securely sealing the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
